How we investigate
Four steps, no shortcuts

We listen and log your report
Every report is read in full and recorded with its date, place and details.

We check it against known explanations
Weather, wildlife, aircraft, satellites, lighting, camera artefacts and more.

Field visit with our instruments, if it qualifies
Where a report holds up, we go on site with our own equipment.

We share what we found, honestly
You hear our findings first, including when the answer is a natural one.
What to send us
- Date, time and exact location
- What you saw or heard, in your own words
- Original photos, video or audio, not screenshots or forwards
- Names of any other witnesses
