What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you need, your preferred session type, your city, any media link, and your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send there.
How it reaches us
This website has no accounts and no database. The enquiry form passes your details to our form-delivery service, Web3Forms, which emails them to contact@realdoap.com. Nothing you type is stored on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and deliver the service you ask for. We do not sell or share your details, add you to a mailing list, or use them for advertising.
Case details are confidential. We never publish names, addresses or stories without your written consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email inbox for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to keep a case record. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Applications to The Kolkata Anomaly Research Society (KARS)
The KARS application form on realdoap.com/kars collects your name, age, area, WhatsApp number, email, what you do, what you're interested in, and the answers you give. It reaches contact@realdoap.com through our form-delivery service, Web3Forms, and isn't stored on this website.
Only KARS's founders and Council see it, and only to process your application. DOAP doesn't use it for its own services or marketing. Once KARS is registered, applications move to the Society's own records.
If you aren't offered a place, we keep your application for 12 months for the waiting list and then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. To ask what we hold, correct it or delete it, email contact@realdoap.com.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics from our hosting provider to count page visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@realdoap.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
