A Game About Ghosts
Delete your account
How to delete the account and cloud save that A Game About Ghosts, by Hunter's Entertainment, keeps when you sign in with Google Play Games.
In the game
While you're signed in to Google Play Games:
- Open A Game About Ghosts.
- Tap the settings button at the top right of the village.
- Tap Delete cloud save (in Bengali, ক্লাউডের খেলা মোছো; in Hindi, क्लाउड सेव मिटाओ).
- Tap Delete to confirm.
The game deletes your progress from Unity Cloud Save, deletes your Unity player account, and stops using Google Play Games on that phone. This happens straight away and can't be undone.
By email
If you no longer have the game, email thehuntersentertainment@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your Google Play Games name. We'll delete your cloud save and Unity player account within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What's deleted and what's kept
- Deleted: your progress in Unity Cloud Save (stars, best scores and nights won) and your Unity player account. We keep no other copies. Any backups Unity holds expire under Unity's own retention rules.
- Kept on your phone: the progress saved on the phone stays until you uninstall the game or clear its storage (Android Settings > Apps > A Game About Ghosts > Storage > Clear storage).
- Kept by Google: your achievements, leaderboard score and Play Games profile belong to your Google Play Games account. You can delete them from your Play Games profile.
The game's privacy policy explains what it keeps and why.
